![]() Do you know what that means? They are spending lots and lots of money to launch that suit (lawyer-hours are expensive), all entirely based on the premise that there will be a payoff at the end. That law firm I linked to is taking the class action on contingency. So you can say whatever you want about whether you think it is correct or not - but that does not make it reality, and frankly, I don't really care what your opinion is. All that being said, their practices violate consumer protection laws in my state (and others). I think they do the same thing lots of companies do. I don't think Nord is evil or malicious or anything like that. I meant that it helped multiple people avoid the auto-renewal and instead lock in the discount rates again, not that it helped my own situation.
